Well, Parnas apparently had a reason for the unusual name: Google search results.<\/p>
When Parnas and Fraud Guarantee co-founder David Correia set up the company, Parnas picked the name so that people Googling the words \u201cParnas\u201d and \u201cFraud\u201d would see something positive \u2014 Parnas\u2019 business \u2014 rather than his long history of legal trouble.<\/p>
The Wall Street Journal\u00a0reported the factoid on Thursday<\/a>\u00a0citing unnamed people familiar with the matter.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
