When leadership sets the bar or example, employees will follow suit.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Each of Dr. Leah Weiss&#8217;s three sentences here uses a variation of the word &#8220;leader.&#8221;\u00a0 But there is no *leader* in &#8220;mindfulness.&#8221; There can&#8217;t be.
